All mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than May 6, 2008. Do not send cash in mail. No post-dated checks.
Tournament will not be responsible for late entries due to mailing time. Cut-off time is 3:00 p.m. Friday, May 9th,
at the registration site locations. Entries will be taken at the Fairgrounds after 6:00 p.m.
All registration done in person must be paid by cash, money order, or cashiers check.

$10 LATE FEE AFTER MAY 7th.

Every angler (including junior anglers 14 & under) must submit an entry form.
Age 14 & under not eligible for cash prizes.
