Opportunities Inc.’s 37th Annual Golf Tournament featured in Texarkana Gazette
Opportunities Inc. held its 37th annual golf tournament this past Monday at the Texarkana Country Club, and the event was recently featured in the Texarkana Gazette.
All 80 registered participants showed up to play, and according to Corie Woodman, Director of Development at Opportunities, Inc., the tournament raised an estimated $140,000 (not including tournament costs).
This year’s winning team was Reliance Mechanical Contractors, made up of Cody Peek, Chuck Cross, Sean Romero and Adrian Keener.
As Woodman has noted, the funds raised go directly toward the programs Opportunities Inc. provides year-round, including therapy, early intervention, preschool, adult programs and other resources for the individuals and families they serve.
