TEXARKANA, Texas (KTAL/KMSS)—A Texarkana charity is marking the opening of its greenhouse with a spring sale.

“We provide services including all our therapies for Children at preschool age that are six months old to six years old. We also have an adult side that we provide educational life skills for them,” says Brad Bailey, the Interim Executive director/CEO for Opportunities Inc.

They work to empower those with developmental disorders. One way they accomplish that is by fostering life skills for adult clients through business enterprises.
